Frequently Asked Questions:

·         Are these Paintings?

o        No, they are original photographs by Robert Taylor that have been mounted, hand textured (to give them a painted look), and then framed. All pieces are ready to hang.

 

·        Some of the pieces have text on them, but I just want the image. Can I order the product like that?

o       Yes. All pieces that have text can be made for you with out it. Simply change the item number from TA1xxx to TA2xxx. You may also write us a note on the order.

 

·        How long after I place my order can I expect to receive my art?

o       All pieces are made by hand for your order, so you will receive your art in two to four weeks, depending on the season.

 

·        What are my framing options?

o       Check out Frames page, and you will find images of our current framing options.

 

·        What sizes can the images be ordered in?

o       8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 18x24, and 24x36. (These are image sizes, so a 16x20 image will actually be about 20x24 with the frame)

 

·        How does my art ship?

o       Art ships via UPS. Shipping charges will be added at time of shipping.

 

·        What credit cards do you accept?

o       We accept all major credit cards, Pay-Pal, cashier’s checks, personal and business checks. We will hold your order for all checks to clear.

 

·        Can you do custom work?

o       Certainly. We do custom work all the time. We can change the saying, dedicate a piece of art to and individual, use your image, combine images into one collage… whatever you want to do!

 

·        Are these pieces commercially printed, or bought from and art publisher?

o No. all pieces are our own original work. We photograph, we print, we mount, we texturize, and we frame. All done in Illinois, all done by hand, all pieces are signed on the back, too.

 

·        Can I purchase just the photograph?

o       Yes. Contact us for pricing.

 

·        Do you sell wholesale?

o       Yes. If you are a legitimate business, with all credentials, you mat contact us about wholesale opportunities.
